[mantra]

So we’re already 23 days in 2013.

I still haven’t figured out or map out how my 2013 gonna look like…

I even planned my leave and trainings just recently. Whereby others have it done in Dec 2012…

But, one thing for sure, whatever awaits me in 2013 and beyond – “Khair, insyaAllah” 🙂 coz Allah knows best!

Khair, insyaAllah. Khair, insyaAllah – will be my ‘mantra’ always…

P/s: there’s a story behind “Khair, insyaAllah” told by Fira (ouh I miss her a lot!) Moaybe i’ll update it in other post.

— “Khair” means ‘good’, ‘baik’

[2013]

Both my twitter and fb timelines are full with recaps of 2012 and 2013 resolutions…

My recap of 2012 – overall I’d say it’s the year full of tears. Some are happy tears some are not. The low points in 2012 thought me to be more thankful to Allah, and honestly, I’d say these dips in my life are life changing experience and have shaped me to become who am I today. Alhamdulillah. All praises to Allah!

Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, reported:
“Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: The believer does not allow himself to be stung twice from one (and the same) hole. “

May Allah accept all our deeds in 2012. May 2013 brings us closer to Allah..

Hoping for an exciting 2013. And may Allah guide and ease our journey to achieve all the dreams and resolutions…

Ameen….

[mamutik]

Take 2 days of your annual leave and you get 10 days off. Who doesn’t want that..10 days of not going to work..back to peninsular instead of stuck in miri. However I’m one of those “lucky” ones who are chose to stay in the office during gawai hols..

“someone need to be present..we’re still operating” – mrX…

Just got back from KK. It’s a short and full of laughter trip. Ahaha. Mamutik is one of the islands in KK and we went snorkeling there on Saturday. Although it rained in the evening, we’re still had a great time enjoying our trip. Am so glad that I decided to come along to KK instead of staying in Miri the whole 10 days.

Thank you Hanum for all your hospitality and gossips haha..pronto find ticket to miri..dah janji kan..
And Ayen & Haniff, thanx for inviting me for the trip..and driving us to kundasang and for the good jokes and of course the photos!!

Next trip to KK – climb mount Kinabalu (in my dreams haha), water rafting in Padas (hoho) and shopping at oneB..and pearls and more pearls…heeeeeee

I’ll create a page for the trip photos later..my celcom broadband doesn’t work properly when it rains..

By the way, CONGRATULATIONS to Alya, Raihan, Pujen, Josh, Azmil, Khai, and Taufiq on your wedding this June. I didn’t get to attend any of those invitations. May your marriage is filled with more joy and happiness and live happily ever after…

And also CONGRATULATIONS to my ex-roommate Wanie, for your newborn baby boy – Neil Ezzofar (betul kan?)..hehh..

[kakuro]

current addiction: solving cryptograms, sudoku-X , extra region sudoku, kakuro, futoshiki, skyscraper etc.

..an example of kakuro. taken from dokakuro.com ..

it’s all started 2 weeks ago when i visited arie’s room and found out that she has a lot of puzzle books. i used to enjoy solving sudoku back in my college years. one of the reasons was to stay awake in class. ahhah. so, we went to popular the next day to get me one. unfortunately there are not many puzzle books in miri’s popular bookstore. most of them are sudoku puzzles. (boring~) and it makes me want to go back to kl even more. for the record, i haven’t gone back to KL for 2 months..tabah2..ahah..

but i still manage to buy one and it is called the rough guide book of brain training. there are a lot of different puzzles in this book and all the puzzles mentioned above are included as well. my fav would be kakuro and futoshiki. go google to find out more. am still stuck at sudoku-X and the killer-sudoku though…
